John Riccitiello is the CEO and Chair of Unity Technologies, the developer of one of the world's most popular licensed game engines. John previously held roles at Electronic Arts, first as COO from 1997 to 2004, and then as CEO from 2007 to 2013. During his tenure as COO, EA emerged as the world's largest maker of video games, with sales rising from roughly $650 million to more than $3 billion, and profit from $50 million to more than $500 million in fiscal year 2004. Between his tenures at EA, John co-founded Elevation Partners, a $1.8 billion private equity capital fund along with Silver Lake Partners co-founder Roger McNamee, U2 lead singer Bono, and a number of Silicon Valley investors.
